该程序对机载雷达杂波幅度分布模型中的瑞利分布模型进行了仿真，采用了零记忆非线性变换法。(The Rayleigh distribution model is simulated in the airborne radar clutter amplitude distribution model, and the zero memory nonlinear transformation method is adopted.)
